Welcome to Tidy Pilates. I offer Pilates classes which are friendly and fun but where I expect you to work hard to achieve your own personal goals to keep your body healthy and in the best shape it can be. The classes are non competitive and everyone, whatever body issues or challenges you think you have, is welcomed. There are different levels of classes available depending on both your ability and experience.

I am proud to be one of the registered providers for the Vale of Glamorgan's Golden Pass scheme. The aim of the Golden Pass is to provide FREE enjoyable physical activity opportunities for people aged 60+ living in the Vale of Glamorgan. The pass entitles the holder to try a number of different exercise classes for free over a set period of time.

Current clients will not be able to use the pass against my classes but it gives an opportunity to try other exercise groups in the area or there may be someone you know who is interested in trying Pilates.
You must be registered on the scheme and all classes must be booked through me in advance. Once registered, a Golden Pass activity log will be sent and this must be brought to every class to be stamped.
